EZMed
Bringing telehealth to the fore

Overview

Telehealth has become a necessity during and post covid to ensure that the healthcare workers can continue to treat their patients. Global healthcare innovation company, SpesNet Group, and their US partners Medici combined forces to launch an integrated practice management system and telehealth app to the South African healthcare industry.

Firecracker was appointed the marketing and design team tasked with managing their go-to-market plan and implementation.

Objective:

Get Medical practices to migrate their current practice management system to the integrated solution from EZMed and Medici. Changing decades old behaviour and new technology adoption requires a highly targeted, insight driven brand and marketing campaign. 

Results: 

Firecracker hit the ground running with brand development, customer value proposition, go-to-market strategy, including internal launch, digital marketing and experiential. 

This was activated on all digital channels, a new website, direct marketing campaign, PR, print and digital ads, social media and video production. The experiential element of this campaign saw on average 800 healthcare practitioners attending a weekly for thought leadership webinars over a period of 9 months.
